Terms of Services

Students/Parents shall know that our vision is to be partners in raising the children and educating them in the Islamic way, therefore we expect them to be fully cooperative and show commitment to these terms that will maintain the progress of their educational process.

1. After the Trial session (30 minutes), it is up to the student to start the plan that suits him, we recommend a slot of 30 minutes. or send us feedback on what we need to do to improve.

2. The student purchases a number of credits, one hour equals one credit, whenever these credits end then you’ll need to renew.

3-Students/parents are obliged to pay the fees in advance.

4- every student has an account where he can follow up on his progress and the history of his classes.

5. The students should attend their classes on time and if he\she didn’t show up in 15 minutes the teacher may leave the class.

6- If the student wants to miss a class, whether he will reschedule or refund,  he needs to inform his teacher one hour before the class time to, otherwise the teacher shall not compensate him and the class will be paid.

7- Students only have two warnings for missing their class each month.

8. The teachers will have two holidays as a paid holiday, 3 days as EidUlfetr, and 4 days as EidUl-Adha.

9. Studyalquran’s Admin could change the teacher if another teacher is available along with the student requirement.

10. Studyalquran’s Admin may increase/decrease the fees of students with notice due to fluctuation in currency rates.

11. Studyalquran’s Admin may change the terms of service at any time and it would be updated on the website as well.
