We are Study Al Quran Academy. By using our website and booking our classes, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide live one-on-one online Quran, Tajweed, Memorization, Ijazah, Arabic and Islamic Studies classes with certified tutors. Classes are held via Zoom, Google Meet, or any other tool agreed upon between the student and the teacher, with the academy’s knowledge.

2. Free Trial

Your first class is 100% free with no payment details required and no obligation to continue.

3. Plans & Payments

Fees are calculated per class, at the price agreed with you before you start. Payment is made in advance. Once the number of classes you have booked is used up, you will need to renew your class count to continue. There are no long-term contracts, and you may choose not to renew at any time once your current classes are used up.

4. Scheduling & Absences

Classes are booked at times that suit you. If you need to reschedule a class, please tell us at least 12 hours in advance so it is not counted against you. Separately, an absence from a class is allowed if you notify the teacher at least one hour before the class time — in that case, it will be treated as an excused absence. If no notice is received within that window, the class will be counted and deducted from your balance as if you had attended it, unless you had a compelling reason that prevented you from notifying us, subject to the teacher’s approval.

5. Certificates

Completion certificates are issued by the academy after finishing the agreed levels and can be verified online using the code printed on each certificate.

6. Recording & Promotional Use

Students may not record classes without permission, share class links with others, or behave inappropriately toward tutors; any of these leads to termination of the service. Separately, the academy reserves the right to record sessions and use them for training, quality assurance, or promotional and advertising purposes, subject to prior approval from the administration or the teacher. Special care is taken with female students: no recording of a female student’s voice or image is published for promotional use without her own explicit, separate approval.

7. Referral Bonus

If a student’s family refers us to others and they enroll, the academy will award a number of free bonus classes, at the discretion of the administration.
